Securely pack the items in their original professional packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and promotional materials are included to qualify for a full refund.

Ship to Jatai

Affix the provided shipping label or use a traceable carrier to send the package to our distribution center, clearly marking the RA number on the outside of the box.
